Eric Grenier - PE

Technical Director of Civil Engineering

Overview

After joining HEB in 2007 following a successful summer internship, Eric quickly established himself as a valued member of the Civil Engineering Team. Today, he manages a diverse range of public infrastructure, site development, airport design, and resident engineering projects. In 2022, he became a shareholder of the firm and was named the Technical Director of Civil Engineering in 2026. In this role, Eric oversees the quality and consistency of the firm’s civil engineering work, including engineering standards, construction administration practices, and technical training.

Eric is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Hampshire and Maine, a Licensed Designer of Subsurface Disposal Systems in New Hampshire, and a licensed Site Evaluator in Maine. Eric is also NHDOT Local Public Agency certified and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Bio

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in 2007. He was born and raised in Berlin, NH, and now resides in Milan, NH with his wife and kids. Eric is an active volunteer in his community, coaching youth hockey and baseball in Berlin. When he’s not on the field or at the rink, he enjoys bass fishing, broomball, ATVing, camping, and spending time with his family.
