Meet HEB’s 2026 Summer Interns

We're excited to welcome HEB's summer intern cohort to work alongside our engineering and land surveying teams. There's truly no better place to spend the summer than in the White Mountains, and we can't wait for our new and returning interns to join us for company outings, ice cream socials, and impromptu office barbecues. Oh, and they'll be learning a ton through hands-on fieldwork, mentorship, and design experience, of course.

To kick off their time with us, we asked our new and returning interns to share a bit about themselves. Here's what we learned:

Bryn Fayle

Bryn FAYLE

Civil Engineering Intern

Bryn grew up in Tamworth and studies Environmental Engineering at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. This summer, she’ll be working with the Civil Engineering Team and looks forward to supporting projects that benefit her community. Outside the office, you can find her running, swimming, and reading.

Brady Poulin

Civil Engineering Intern

Brady is from Berlin and studies Civil Engineering at the University of New Hampshire. He’s excited to support transportation projects with the Civil Engineering Team and apply his classroom learning to real-world scenarios. His favorite summer activities include hiking, swimming, and anything outdoors.

Harry_Holt_Headshot2

IT / Structural Engineering Intern

Harry just finished up his junior year of high school at Unity Christian School in Berlin and already completed a one-year Cybersecurity Certificate from White Mountains Community College. This summer, he will be developing cross-functional skills working on survey, IT, AI, and CAD projects.

BRODY DUQUETTE

Land Surveying Intern

Brody is from Berlin and studies Surveying Engineering Technology at the University of Maine. He has interned with HEB's land surveying team since 2024. He enjoys working on projects close to home that improve the quality of life for his neighbors. His favorite way to unwind is to go kayaking at camp and fish with his brother. Brody's best piece of advice for new interns?  Listen to everything and ask questions!

Evan Poulin

Evan Poulin

Land Surveying Intern

This is Evan's second summer interning at HEB. Growing up in Berlin, hearing about his dad's work inspired him to pursue engineering. He attends the University of New Hampshire, where he studies Civil Engineering and plays club hockey. His favorite summer activities are hanging out by the lake and spending plenty of time outside.

To Bryn, Brady, Harry, Brody, and Evan  — thank you for choosing HEB! We look forward to watching you grow in your roles.
