Jordan Pike Named Vice President of Operations

We're excited to share that Jordan Pike, PE, PTOE, has been named Vice President of Operations at HEB Engineers, Inc. This role was previously held by Josh McAllister, who now serves as HEB’s President. In his new position, Jordan will oversee firm operations, project delivery processes, technical standards, quality control programs, and workforce planning.

“Since Jordan joined HEB five years ago, he has stepped up to transform our transportation practice and support the professional development of our staff,” said Josh. “His combination of technical expertise, natural leadership skills, and involvement in the community makes him a great fit for our executive team.”

Jordan earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2008. He began his career at the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) as a traffic engineer, and then served as a Project Engineer in State Design, where his team led multiple highway safety improvement projects. After relocating to the White Mountains in 2021, Jordan joined HEB to lead transportation services before becoming a shareholder in 2024. As a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), Jordan helps ensure all New Hampshire communities have access to high-level transportation and traffic engineering expertise.

“My time at HEB has been incredibly rewarding,” said Jordan. “I’ve had the opportunity to advance my career, pursue my passion for mentoring young engineers, and enjoy life in the mountains with my family. I’m ready to take on new challenges as Vice President of Operations and help our teams grow with purpose.”

Jordan shares his transportation expertise locally, statewide, and nationally. He’s been an active participant on the Conway Pedestrian Safety Committee and has mentored teams of civil engineering students at the University of New Hampshire through the Senior Capstone program. Jordan is currently serving on the ACEC-NH Highway Subcommittee, which partners with NHDOT and other industry leadership to improve transportation design practices in New Hampshire. He also serves as Co-Secretary on the Roundabout Committee with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), which provides technical resources and educational opportunities to transportation engineers and planners globally.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife Ariana and friends, trail running, hiking, camping, and skiing.  He is an active member of the White Mountain Milers and volunteers at major events, including the Mt. Washington Auto Road Race and Kennett High School track meets. Most recently, Jordan was recognized for his professional and civic contributions in the New Hampshire Union Leader’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026.
