Overview
Jay serves as Vice President of Client Experience and Director of Business Development at HEB, where he focuses on strengthening client relationships and supporting the firm’s continued growth. Drawing on his technical background, he works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience while identifying opportunities for new partnerships and expansion. As a member of the Executive Team, Jay collaborates with firm leadership to align client needs with HEB’s strategic direction and long-term goals.
Jay is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts and a Licensed Designer of Subsurface Disposal Systems in New Hampshire. Jay also holds certifications for NHDOT Local Public Agency and MEDOT Local Project Administration and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Bio
Jay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 1997. He was born and raised in Berlin, NH, and resides there with his wife and two boys. Outside of work, Jay’s passion is ice hockey. He’s a past coach of the youth-level travel teams and continues to play in the local men’s hockey league. He also enjoys camping, golfing, and spending time with his family.
