Scott Cook
Resident Engineer
Overview
Scott joined HEB in 2023 and brings with him a variety of experience including most recently as an Assistant Superintendent for a large building contractor in Massachusetts. Scott’s responsibilities at HEB include providing resident engineering services during the construction phase of projects. Scott will join the team of Resident Engineers at HEB bolstering our capacity to provide construction oversight to our valued clients.

Bio
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017. He is originally from Sunderland, MA, but currently resides in Center Conway, NH with his girlfriend Liz. Outside of work, Scott enjoys everything outdoors and athletic, including fly fishing, playing and coaching ice hockey, skiing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, trail running, and golf. When not chasing trout or fresh powder, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
