Environmental Specialist
Overview
Paul joined HEB Engineers in 2026 as an Environmental Specialist, bringing experience in wetland science and environmental fieldwork, including an apprenticeship with Ilex Wetland Consultants. He supports a range of projects with wetland delineations, environmental assessments, permitting applications, and agency coordination. Paul is a New Hampshire Certified Wetland Scientist and a dedicated advocate for protecting and improving local water quality, an interest that informs both his professional work and community involvement.

Bio
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in 2011. In 2024, he pursued a certification in Wetland Science and became certified in 2025. He grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts and moved to the Mount Washington Valley in 2014 to work and play in the mountains. He currently resides in Eaton, New Hampshire, with his wife and three dogs. Outside of work, Paul spends a lot of time playing the guitar, skiing, hiking, peak-bagging, running, boating, and playing with his dogs.
