Elizabeth Lahti
Staff Civil Engineer
Overview
Liz joined HEB in 2024 with five years of experience in the environmental and civil engineering industry. She provides engineering and technical support for HEB’s civil engineering projects, assisting with design coordination, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
Her experience includes both public- and private-sector projects, ranging from large-scale Superfund sites to commercial and site development. Liz is NHDOT Local Public Agency certified and a certified U.S. EPA Construction General Permit (CGP) Site Inspector.

Bio
Liz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in 2019. Originally from Lunenburg, Massachusetts, she currently resides in Conway, NH, with her partner Connor and their dog Wally. Outside of work, Liz enjoys all things outdoors, including hiking, backcountry skiing, camping, and mountain biking.
