Staff Civil Engineer
Overview
Connor joined HEB in 2025 as a Staff Civil Engineer, bringing with him several years of experience in transportation engineering. He primarily supports HEB’s Transportation Services, contributing to roadway, intersection, and traffic management projects throughout New Hampshire and the surrounding region. Connor applies his technical expertise to a wide range of infrastructure challenges, from routine improvements to complex, multi-phase design efforts.
Connor is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire and Florida.
Bio
Connor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of New Hampshire in 2017. Connor is originally from southern New Hampshire, relocating to Conway, NH in 2024. Connor spends most of his free time enjoying the outdoors, but especially likes biking and skiing with his partner, Liz, and dog, Wally.
