Carley Dykstra
Staff Civil Engineer
Overview
Carley joined HEB in 2026 as a Staff Civil Engineer, bringing more than seven years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. She supports the continued growth of HEB’s water and wastewater services, working with public and private clients on utility improvements and related infrastructure. Carley provides engineering and project management support throughout all phases of project delivery, from planning and permitting through construction administration.
Carley is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts.
Bio
Carley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Sustainability Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2019. Originally from Andover, New Jersey, Carley fell in love with New England during her college years and has lived in different communities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire ever since. Her love for the White Mountains brought her up north, landing her at HEB and residing in Jackson, New Hampshire, with her partner. Outside of work, you’ll find Carley running, hiking, biking (gravel or mountain), skiing, or sitting down with a podcast or audiobook while knitting.
