Katelyn Robinson
Economic Development Specialist
Overview
Having spent more than a decade in the Community Development Financial Institution sector, Katelyn joined the HEB team in 2025 as an Economic Development Specialist. In this role, she supports HEB’s business development efforts and serves as a key resource in identifying and securing local, state, and federal funding for public initiatives. Her experience spans public water and sewer infrastructure, multimodal transportation projects, community facilities, outdoor recreation, public–private partnerships, and more.
Katelyn is certified by NHDOT as a Local Public Agency consultant. She completed Leadership North Country with the class of 2014 and was a participant in the Tillotson Learning Community 2019 Cohort.
Bio
Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community & International Development from the University of Vermont. She has a strong love for animals, golf, travel, and being on the water. As a born and raised Vermonter who moved to New Hampshire, she is deeply committed to supporting the success of communities on both sides of the Connecticut River.
