Administrative/Technical Assistant
HEB Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative/Technical Assistant to join our team in our North Conway, NH office. This position will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide project-related assistance to engineering and surveying staff. The position combines office administration, customer service, and technical project support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and interested in developing a long-term career with our firm.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide front desk reception and general office administrative support.
- Assist engineering and surveying staff with document preparation, report formatting, project documentation, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, meeting preparation, filing, and records management.
- Assist with project research, quality assurance reviews, permit packages, and project administration.
- Support multiple Resource Team members with administrative and technical tasks across the firm.
- Help improve processes and support the continued growth of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Administrative, customer service, or professional office experience preferred but not required.
- Experience within an engineering, surveying, construction, or consulting environment is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree or coursework in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
