Senior Land Surveyor
Overview
Loralie joined HEB in 2022 and brings with her decades of land surveying experience. She’s experienced in all facets of land surveying and provides technical leadership and project management within our Land Surveying Team.
Loralie is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of New Hampshire and a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Maine. Loralie also is a Licensed Septic System Designer in the State of New Hampshire, as well as a Notary in the State of New Hampshire. Loralie is also a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association.

Bio
Loralie earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Forestry with an emphasis in Surveying Technology from Paul Smiths’ College in 1982. She has a forty-year career working throughout New Hampshire and Maine on private and public surveying and engineering projects. Loralie expanded her career by working for several Engineering/Land Surveying firms as well as owning and operating a Land Surveying company for ten years. She was born and raised in the city of Rome and the town of Verona areas of New York and has resided in Tamworth, NH with her husband, Richard for over 38 years. She has two grown daughters. Aimie, who works and lives in New Hampshire with her family, and Melissa who lives and works in California. Outside of work, she spends her time biking, hiking, fishing, and x-country skiing, and enjoys spending quality time with her family on the East Coast as well as the West Coast.
