Staff Civil Engineer

Overview

Jeff’s career at HEB began in 2018 after working on fish habitat protection and restoration projects on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula. Jeff also brings experience in conservation from his time working as a Land Steward with the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust. At HEB, Jeff provides planning, design, environmental permitting, and construction administration on a variety of projects. With a water resources background, Jeff’s expertise includes stream crossings, bank stabilizations, and flood protection projects.

Jeff is an Engineer-in-Training and holds certifications for NHDOT Local Public Agency Administration and stream crossing assessments from NHDES. He has pursued continuing education in water resources modeling and stream restoration.

Bio

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is an alumnus of Kennett High School. During and after college, he spent several summers and close to three full years living in Alaska. In his free time, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, biking, running, and canoeing. He also likes to cook and write.
