Senior Structural Engineer
Overview
Jim joined the team at HEB in 2023 as a Senior Structural Engineer and leads our structural building design services. Jim brings with him over 25 years of engineering experience including most recently operating his own company, Badera Engineering, LLC, providing structural engineering services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Cape Cod, MA area. After several years in that area, Jim and his family decided to relocate to Northern NH where he intends to continue developing HEB’s structural building design services.
Jim holds professional engineering licensure in the States of Massachusetts, New York, Arizona, California, Nevada, and South Carolina. Jim is also a registered land surveyor in Arizona. Additionally, Jim is an ICC certified building inspector and a Massachusetts certified local building inspector.
Bio
Jim is a graduate of Clarkson University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1996. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, he recently moved to Madison, NH with his wife and son. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
