HEB has provided professional engineering and surveying services for many water and wastewater projects throughout the Mt.Washington Valley area and beyond.  Our services have ranged from survey and delineation of boundary precincts to design, permitting and construction of infrastructure projects.  Our clients have been a mix of private developers to municipalities and precincts and our size gives us the flexibility to serve clients with both small and large projects.
