HEB

HEB teamed up with Christopher P. Williams Architects to renovate the historic Railroad Station at UNH into a restaurant.  HEB inspected the old foundation, floor framing, and roof roof framing to determine the condition and capacity of the structure.  Several rotten areas were observed during the inspection.  We designed repairs to the roof and floor framing and a new support structure for the old semaphore on the roof.  In 2009, the project received an award from the NH Preservation Alliance for Outstanding Renovation of a historic structure.
