HEB was engaged by the Town of Sanbornton to provide design services for access and parking lot improvements at the combined Public Safety Building and Town Office complex. The project included reconstruction of the entire parking lot to provide ADA access including handicap parking, building access, and walkways. The existing layout was not well defined and did not meet ADA requirements. One major factor in the design was the driveway permit which had to meet NHDOT requirements. HEB worked closely with the town and NHDOT to identify a layout that worked well within the existing use and function of the site.
