Working with the Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, HEB had wetlands delineated and prepared an existing-features 2’-contour plan of the existing middle & high school campus being considered for a new high school expansion. Major alterations to driveway and parking areas, drainage and utilities required HEB to produce separate detailed plans for demolition, site layout, materials, grading and drainage, utilities, landscaping, driveway profiles, retaining walls and foundations.  NHDES wetlands, site specific (erosion & sedimentation control), and septic and NHDOT driveway permits were all secured by HEB, with 1,300 sq. ft. of wetland restoration involved.  Since the bond vote passed at school meeting, HEB is now involved in the construction administration of the project.
