Fram Donuts, Inc. wanted to develop a new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant just south of Conway Village along the busy NH Route 16 corridor. HEB provided survey, civil site design, grading and stormwater management design, full utility connection design and permitting services. The project also involved upgrades to the intersection of West Main Street and NH Route 16 within NHDOT right-of-way. HEB’s responsibilities included representation before local review agencies, coordination with the Conway Scenic Railroad, extensive interaction with NHDOT and other state permitting agencies, and coordination with Dunkin’ Donuts’ architect to meet franchise standards. The 3,000 square foot restaurant was constructed throughout the winter and opened its doors to customers in March 2010.
