In 1987, HEB was hired by Christopher P. Williams Architects to design the foundation, floor framing, and roof framing for the Curvey house. In 2003, an addition to the house was designed by CPWA and HEB was again hired to perform structural analysis of the floor and roof framing. In 2009, the Curveys hired CPWA again to design a second addition to the house, along with a pavilion structure overlooking the lake, and a boat house on the water. HEB designed the foundations, floor framing, and roof framing for all three of these structures. The addition to the main house features a curved, vaulted ceiling and a large wine cellar. The pavilion is an open structure with a large stone fire place and exposed cedar log framing. The boat house can hold two large boats and has elevators to lift the boats out of the water. Construction was completed in September of 2010.
