This project involved the design and permitting of a multi-phased subdivision project situated on ± 690 acres of land in Conway,NH.  Phase I includes a 24-lot residential subdivision over ± 100 acres of land.  Design services included lot and roadway layout and design, and associated drainage and utility connections.  Permitting for Phase I included town & State subdivision review, NHDES & ACOE Wetland permit review, NHDES Site Specific permit review, and EPA Construction General Permit.  

Phase II consists of a 49-lot subdivision over ±235 acres of land.  Design services were similar to Phase I. The project also included the establishment of a ±244 acre conservation easement on the property as part of the mitigation requirements of the wetland permitting.
